Instrumental and Chemical Analysis

Core Module

Covers the theory and practice of chemical analysis and instrumental analysis techniques, including probability and statistics applied to analytical data. You will learn to work with various equipment for qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical compounds.

Design, Synthesis and Application of Functional Materials

Core Module

Explores polymer chemistry, surface and colloid chemistry, chemistry of functional organic and inorganic materials, crystal chemistry, and colour chemistry. Students learn to design and synthesise advanced materials for applications in optoelectronics, coatings, and 3D printing.
