After passing the state exam, the profession finds its natural outlet in public institutions and organizations—local, national, and international (municipalities, provinces, regions, health authorities, prefectures, courts, ministries), as well as private entities, such as businesses, that provide various types of social services. The skills developed by the program span multiple areas: the socio-cultural context, the legal-institutional context, and interpersonal and communication skills are addressed through specific learning areas and specific courses.

The Social Worker is an essential figure in a changing society, where crisis and transformation require appropriate knowledge and sensitivity.

The combination of theory and practice in institutional settings, the latter guaranteed by 450 hours of professional training, represents a necessary methodology for combining diverse skills: situation recognition, selection of appropriate tools, and targeted intervention, recognizing that welcoming, supporting, and listening are essential elements of any professional and human intervention.
