Law, Economics, and Business Strategy
Campus “Aurelio Saliceti”, Italy
The Course is different from any existing training project and offers the student a unique experience in the Italian university panorama. In fact, its “interclass” nature makes it particularly suitable for both graduates in Legal Sciences (class L-14) and graduates in Economic Sciences (classes L-18 and L-33). With regard to the legal profile, the study plan guides the future graduate to the knowledge of the rules of operation of the market and the regulations that govern and affect the operations of companies. The graduate will be able to understand, analyze and evaluate the influence of the regulations on choices in terms of economic and business policy, as well as to develop innovative legal solutions for complex problems. With regard to the area of economic and business sciences, the Course intends to equip the graduate with the ability to develop business strategies and business plans, to address issues of business management of complex organizations, characterized by intense competitive dynamics and organizational change, to formulate a conscious strategy in business decisions, based on the main economic variables but also on the costs resulting from the legislative and regulatory impact. In the second year, the course of study includes two curricula that allow students to refine their skills by specializing in the field of technological innovation (Innovation curriculum) or in the regulation of certain markets (Entrepreneurship and services curriculum). The acquisition of the aforementioned skills in legal, economic and business subjects make the graduate in "Law, Economics and Business Strategy" extremely attractive for the job market. All graduates will be able to take the state exam to qualify for the profession of Chartered Accountant and Auditor (benefiting, if they have a three-year qualification in classes L-18 and L-33, also from the benefits provided for the internship and the qualifying exam tests introduced by the Framework Convention between the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the Ministry of Justice and the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Auditors, of 13 October 2010).
