Graduates have a thorough understanding of biological and pathological phenomena affecting health and nutrition, and are well-versed in methods for conducting appropriate nutritional assessments. The course of study offers basic biomedical and hygienic preventive knowledge, including the study of subjects such as:
- Sociology of health
- Food technology
- Therapeutic communication
- Eating disorders and respiratory diseases
- Nutritional and clinical data analysis.
Each year includes practical training and traineeship activities supervised by specialized personnel. The degree qualifies graduates to work as Dieticians. The degree gives access to the Master’s degree in Rehabilitative Sciences of Health Professions (LM/SNT2), and to First-level postgraduate degree courses.
