Construction Managers oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Their key responsibilities include project planning, coordination of contractors, budget management, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring safety protocols. They serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and construction site operatives.
