Accommodation\nBournemouth University guarantees accommodation to all non-UK students for September entry, providing they meet the application deadline. For postgraduate students starting courses in January, a range of Bournemouth University-managed accommodation options are available, but some students may be in the private sector. There are nine halls of residence, all with en-suite bathrooms, and some with studio apartments available. The Student Village is on a green just outside Bournemouth and offers three to seven-bedroom houses and several studio apartments for postgraduate students.

Lancaster University is a highly ranked UK university with a global reputation for excellence in research and teaching. Lancaster is consistently ranked among the top 15 in all three major UK university league tables and continues to build a growing reputation both nationally and internationally. The University offers a wide range of programmes at the foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD level as well as development courses for professionals. Its renowned research and expert academics underpin study at Lancaster. In the UK Government's 2021 Research Excellence Framework, 91% of its research was rated as 'internationally excellent' or 'world-leading' and 46% was rated in the highest category of 4*.

The Exeter University ranking consistently places it among the top universities in the UK and, in 2025, it ranked 13th in the Times University Guide and 18th in the Guardian University Guide. Globally, the University of Exeter’s QS Ranking is 169th for 2025. The university’s Mining and Mineral Engineering subject is placed 14th in the world according to the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024 while its Sports-related subjects, Geophysics, Geology, Classics and Ancient History, Geography, Archeology, Environmental Sciences, Earth and Marine Sciences, and English Language and Literature all feature in the top 50.\n
