Medical Radiology Techniques, for Imaging and Radiotherapy

Given the above, all students who pass the entrance exam for the first year of the degree program by correctly answering less than half of the questions regarding the individual subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are admitted with an academic deficit in one or more of the relevant subjects, which they must remediate during the first semester/first year. To enable the elimination of this academic deficit, the Degree Program Council has established preparatory learning activities to be conducted during the first semester of the first year of the program and which must be attended by students with outstanding academic deficits. These preparatory learning activities will be taught by faculty members of the degree program, based on an expansion of their teaching and tutorial commitments. Assessment of the results achieved in the preparatory learning activities will take place at the end of the remedial courses. These skills must be acquired in the specific work context, ensuring, upon completion of the training program, full mastery of all the necessary skills and their immediate application in the workplace.

Specifically, graduates in this class must have adequate preparation in core disciplines, core subjects, and related or complementary subjects, enabling them to better understand the most relevant elements underlying the pathological processes on which their diagnostic intervention focuses, and to collaborate fully with their physician and other graduates in the same class or other classes in the technical-healthcare area.

Graduates of the Degree Program must also be proficient in at least one European Union language, in addition to Italian, in their specific area of ​​expertise and for the exchange of general information.
