In partnership with Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG and a range of local initiatives, such as the Saints Foundation, the scheme provides a holistic health and wellbeing ‘hub’ which serves the Southampton and West Hampshire regions with provision such as gym and class-based exercise, nutrition and weight management information, smoking cessation, cooking classes and specialist training programmes for a range of clinical conditions - all delivered by students.
