Advanced Aerospace Engineering MSc equips students with specialist knowledge in aerodynamics, spacecraft systems, flight control, aeroelasticity and propulsion. The curriculum combines core research projects with six elective modules covering advanced high‑speed flow, spacecraft systems engineering, aeroelasticity, computational fluid dynamics, engineering optimisation, systems engineering and machine learning for engineering. Students gain hands‑on experience using state‑of‑the‑art facilities such as wind tunnels, flight simulators and composite laboratories, and complete an extended research project that addresses complex aerospace challenges. Graduates develop advanced analytical, design and problem‑solving capabilities, positioning them for roles in aerospace design, research and development within leading industrial and governmental organisations.
