Overview
The aim of the program is to educate qualified executives who are competent in the fields of Foreign Trade and Customs, Logistics and Supply Chain. The program aims the candidates who will be employed in the logistics sector to gain knowledge about the basic functions of logistics, to gain analytical thinking ability, to have the ability of rapid decision-making and taking initiative, and to be able to contribute to the performance of companies with a strategic management perspective. In addition to being a rapidly developing sector in the world and in our country, logistics requires the integration of services such as transportation, storage, packaging, customs and distribution. Logistics, which is one of the rapidly increasing applications in recent years, has become one of the issues that the business world has focused on. With the expansion of global markets, customers and institutions also expect development. This program aims to create a qualified employment profile which is equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills for the logistics sector where competition is very intense and which can adapt to the sector and to make academic progress. Candidates to be employed in the sector have knowledge about the basic functions of logistics such as Logistics Concept and Logistics Management, Strategic Logistics Management, International Logistics, Logistics and Transportation, Transportation Management, Road Transportation, Maritime Transportation, Railway Transportation, Airline Transportation, Pipeline Transportation, and Logistics Systems Analysis and Design. They also acquire the competence to master all managerial processes. Graduates will have developed their careers and skills in their fields and will be equipped to advance in the relevant management levels.
