Equine - Facilitated Therapeutics BS
Wilson College Campus, United States
Equine-Facilitated Therapeutics or Equine Studies with concentrations of either Equine Management or Teaching and Training, allow students to focus their coursework on their specific career goals. Upon graduation, students will have successfully expanded their practical knowledge and experience through traditional classroom learning, hands-on application of skills in the stables and arenas, mentored teaching opportunities, equitation classes in either English or western disciplines, and direct contact with the horses at the College’s on-campus equestrian center. Whether your professional goal is to manage an equine facility, be a riding instructor, train horses, teach riders with disabilities, or pursue a career in an animal-related field, Wilson College’s Equine Studies has a program to fit your needs.
