The languages and international relations degree facilitates the expansion of cultural and political knowledge. Up to two languages, selected from Mandarin, Spanish, French, or Italian, may be studied at appropriate proficiency levels. This linguistic foundation supports the pursuit of a final-year work placement within an international organization. Additionally, the option to participate in the Erasmus+ student exchange program is available.
Graduates of this program develop significant transferable skills, most notably the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures, which enhances employability. Potential career paths include roles within national and international government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), public services, management, and education, as well as sectors such as business, tourism, public relations, translation, and media.
