Master’s in Sustainable Food Supply Chain at Greenwich
This two-year MSc program is designed for graduates aiming to make impactful careers in sustainable food development and supply chain management. With a curriculum that addresses the pressing global challenges of sustainability and food innovation, this course equips students to devise solutions for real-world problems, fostering new product and ingredient development while enhancing sustainability across food supply chains. Graduates gain expertise in marketing, risk analysis, climate change, food microbiology, and public health and engage with industry-standard tools such as the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) framework, certified by the Royal Society for Public Health.
