Project and management for cultural enterprise
University of Florence Campus, Italy
Overview
Established in 2001, this three-year degree program, unique in Italy, aims to initiate a process of educational innovation in line with university reform and in response to the needs of the labor market. The program aims to train cultural professionals capable of planning and managing events and businesses in the fields of entertainment and art. The professional skills achieved upon completion of the program can be applied to various technical specializations, but presuppose a foundational cultural background rooted in the humanities, particularly theater, film, music, and art. These are the core scientific areas of the program, explored using a historical methodology, with a particular focus on teaching approaches open to the contemporary artistic world. Economics, computer science, and law are indispensable supports for the program, enabling students to develop cutting-edge tools for transferring theoretical knowledge to the professional field.
