Program Overview: BSc International Management at UCL

The BSc International Management at UCL is designed to train you to manage business effectively and holistically in tomorrow's complex and volatile times. Curriculum and Modules

The BSc International Management curriculum is structured across three years, with Year 1 focusing on understanding the international organisational context, Year 2 on applying practical management skills with emphasis on intercultural communication and leadership, and Year 3 on advanced strategic analysis and an extended research project. In Year 1 you take eight core modules, in Year 2 seven core modules plus one elective, and in Year 3 five core modules including a 30-credit Participatory Research Project plus two electives.

Organisational Behaviour and Management

Explores how individuals and groups behave within organisations, covering motivation, team dynamics, leadership theories, and organisational culture in an international context.

Cross-Cultural Management

Develops your understanding of cultural differences in business environments and equips you with skills to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively across cultural boundaries.

International Marketing

Examines marketing strategies in a global context, including market entry decisions, consumer behaviour across cultures, branding, and digital marketing in international markets.

Accounting and Financial Management

Provides foundational knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and corporate finance principles essential for understanding business performance and decision-making.

Management Consulting

Admission Requirements
