Administrative science

This requires developing multidisciplinary knowledge and skills, an awareness of the interdependencies between socioeconomic, administrative, and institutional phenomena, and the ability to use basic information related to empirical methodologies. These characteristics are enhanced by the Administrative Sciences program, given the multifaceted nature of administrative activities and the focus on organizational and institutional change and the resulting effects on the relevant work and local context. The Administrative Sciences program therefore provides a foundational foundation in the core disciplinary areas of the social sciences: law, economics and organization, sociology, political and institutional, and history and methodology. Furthermore, it aims to bring the university and the world of work closer together by offering students, within some courses and, more specifically, in the Laboratory on New Human Resources Skills, company visits, project work, discussions with experts on case studies, and real-world experiences in management, teamwork, and human resources. The Degree Program in Administrative Sciences pays particular attention to international study initiatives. To this end, it encourages its students' participation in international mobility programs for study and/or internships abroad by awarding a bonus to their final exam score.
