About This Course
This course is divided evenly between Welsh and Sociology. Your Welsh modules will combine the study of literature and culture with linguistic studies that encompass the history of Welsh and its practical use for work-related purposes. Sociology investigates social life and the way it shapes people’s behaviour, beliefs and identity. Its subject matter ranges from an examination of the face-to-face interactions of daily life, to large-scale social institutions, social movements and global processes. Our graduates work in areas such as the civil service, social services, broadcasting, publishing, teaching, and the translation, arts sectors.
