Program Overview: Master in Cybersecurity Engineering

The Master of Science in Cybersecurity Engineering at Politecnico di Torino prepares you to become a multidisciplinary cybersecurity expert capable of operating in the design, development, and management of the cybersecurity of complex information systems. As cyber-physical systems become increasingly interconnected and dynamic, the demand for professionals who can address growing cybersecurity threats has never been greater.

This program provides a strong scientific and technical foundation complemented by legal skills in civil law (such as European privacy legislation management), criminal law (including forensic analysis), and business skills for managing cybersecurity risk in an economically aware manner. The curriculum is one of the first applications of the framework proposed by the European Cybersecurity Organization and is aligned with the most relevant international standards in the cybersecurity domain.

Taught entirely in English, the program is designed to prepare you for a future career in international companies, research centers, public administrations, and national defense organizations. You will participate in face-to-face lectures, classroom practicals, and computer and experimental laboratories through both individual and group activities.
