Information technology engineering for health and communication

The degree program aims to provide its students with a multidisciplinary scientific education, combining theoretical and methodological aspects with a broad knowledge of information technologies and systems applied to communications and healthcare. The "Health" major of the degree program trains multi-skilled engineers with in-depth knowledge of information technologies, clinical and diagnostic systems and instrumentation in the biomedical field, as well as image and biomedical signal processing. The "Communications" major aims to develop professionals with a solid understanding of the theoretical aspects and key methodologies and techniques of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), capable of implementing complex processes and innovative application solutions in highly dynamic environments such as smart communities
