Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (Combined) Diploma

This unique program trains you in two disciplines: medical laboratory and diagnostic imaging. As a graduate, you’ll be equipped to perform a wide range of tasks contributing to a healthcare team, including: 

• general medical laboratory procedures 
• diagnostic radiographic imaging 
• electrocardiograms  
• use of cutting-edge information systems and technology to support medical laboratories and imaging departments

Our curriculum balances classroom learning with hands-on experience, allowing you to develop the technical skills and confidence needed for success. You’ll train on industry-standard equipment and practice real-world scenarios, ensuring you’re ready to work in fast-paced environments.

Individuals will work alone or alongside physicians, other technologists, nurses and non-medical personnel. The ability to work independently and/or closely with others are important requirements for an effective CLXT technologist.
