The Department of Software Engineering was established in response to the increasing dependence of organizations on computerized software systems to improve their performance and efficiency. Graduates of the Software Engineering Department may find work as software engineers, systems analysts, software designers, software developers, database designers and administrators, software quality managers, or software testers.
