The Istinye University Health Management PhD Program was launched in the Fall semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year with the mission of strengthening the health system on both national and international scales. The program trains scientists with high academic and scientific competence who contribute to the health system through education, research, policy-making, and leadership in health services organizations.
