Building on this foundation, the program further strengthens expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), brand positioning, and design management. Students learn how to craft a compelling brand story, align marketing strategies with the brand’s identity, and lead creative teams within fashion and luxury houses. Emphasis is placed on understanding consumer behavior in luxury markets, as well as the role of innovation and sustainability in modern fashion management.

As part of ISM’s international orientation, the third semester is spent abroad at one of the university’s prestigious partner institutions, offering students the opportunity to experience luxury and fashion cultures in global capitals such as Paris, Milan, New York, or Tokyo. This semester abroad enriches students’ academic and personal development while strengthening intercultural communication skills and exposing them to regional market dynamics and global trends in fashion and retail.

The curriculum is highly practice-oriented. Throughout the program, students participate in integrated consulting projects, case studies, and guest lectures delivered by professionals from the fashion and luxury industries. These practical components allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts, develop strategic thinking, and build a valuable industry network. Areas of focus also include retail digitalization, omnichannel strategies, and the influence of social media and influencers on luxury brand engagement.

The program culminates in the master’s thesis during the final semester, which is frequently completed in collaboration with a fashion or luxury brand. This thesis enables students to tackle current industry challenges, conduct in-depth research, and showcase their ability to generate innovative and actionable insights—whether in fashion marketing, retail expansion, digital luxury branding, or consumer experience design.
