Turkish Language and Literature

The Department of Turkish Language and Literature at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University (FSMVÜ) offers a four-year undergraduate program taught entirely in Turkish at the Üsküdar (Atik Valide) Campus in Istanbul. The program is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the Turkish language and its literary tradition, from classical to modern times. The curriculum includes courses in historical and contemporary Turkish literature, Ottoman Turkish, linguistics, literary criticism, and comparative literature.
