Conestoga College's one-year Human Resources Management graduate certificate prepares you to lead in the vital field of HR by developing the knowledge and competencies needed to manage an organization's most valuable asset — its people. This intensive program is delivered over approximately 44 weeks and includes an optional 16-week co-op work term for eligible students.

The program is aligned with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework and meets the academic requirements for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations. You will gain expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and employment law while developing strategic thinking and leadership skills.

The Human Resources Management program requires the successful completion of 12 compulsory courses covering all major HR disciplines.
