eCommerce Marketing

Covers core elements of traditional and digital marketing applied to eCommerce, including omnichannel marketing, SEO, SEM, social media tools, content calendars, and the impact of emerging technologies like AR, VR, and AI.

eCommerce Supply Chain Management

Familiarizes students with supply chain management principles for eCommerce, covering logistics, operations, supplier management, transportation modes, product sourcing, return strategies, and technology impacts on supply chain performance.

eCommerce Platforms and Tools

Introduces user experience design (UX) and user interface design (UI) concepts, enabling students to evaluate eCommerce platforms and digital tools for organizational suitability, including Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.

Sustainable Management for eCommerce

Admission Requirements
