Security Technology (M.Sc.)

 Building on the bachelor in security technology or equivalent, this M.Sc. deepens focus on technical and organisational safety: advanced risk analysis, reliability engineering, cybersecurity within safety systems, system safety architecture, disaster and crisis management, environmental and occupational safety, safety law and standards, fire/explosion protection, safety in mobility/infrastructure and research methods in safety engineering. The master thesis often entails practical safety/infrastructure project or research in collaboration with industrial partners. Graduates are positioned for senior roles in risk & safety engineering, infrastructure security, safety consultancy or research.
