Construction Technology (B.A.)

The B.A. Construction Technology programme deals with building materials and methods, construction site management, building refurbishment, sustainable construction practices, lean construction and digital tools (BIM, modelling). Students examine building physics (heat, moisture, acoustics), structural basics, cost management and planning processes. Project modules and real-world case studies enhance practical competence. The degree is designed for roles in construction technology consultancy, site supervision, building refurbishment and sustainable building practices. A final thesis/project integrates learned competencies.
