Curriculum and Modules

The programme is structured across three semesters, with 60 credits completed per semester. You will take a combination of core and optional modules in Semesters 1 and 2, followed by a 60-credit MSc project in Semester 3. Students may commence the programme in either September or January.

Management of Project Procurement and Construction Contract

This core module examines the principles and practices of procurement strategies and construction contract management, covering key contractual frameworks used in the industry.

Supply Chain Management and Production

A core module focusing on supply chain dynamics in construction, including production planning, logistics, and strategies for efficient resource management.

Construction Management

This core module provides comprehensive knowledge of construction management principles, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance on construction projects.

Risk Assessment and Management
