Specialize Your Education
Within the B.S. in Health Sciences, you’ll pursue one of four concentrations depending on your career interests and goals.
- The Human Performance and Fitness Promotion concentration is designed to give students an in-depth understanding of how the human body responds and adapts to exercise and how exercise can be used to promote health and wellness.
- The Pre-Athletic Training and Pre-Physical Therapy concentration prepares students for admission to graduate-level programs in athletic training or physical therapy.
- The Pre-Physician Associate concentration prepares students for admission to graduate-level programs in Physician Associate.
- The Pre-Medical Professions concentration prepares students for admission into graduate-level programs for medicine and other health professions including dentistry, optometry, transplantation and donation sciences, and veterinary science.
