Curriculum and Specialisation Structure
The MITS is a two-year (200 credit point) course structured around a foundation semester, a primary technical specialisation, and a second specialisation or cross-listed elective units. Foundation Semester (Transition Units)

Admission Requirements
Admission to the MITS program requires qualifications equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree. The program duration depends on your academic background: students with an ICT-related bachelor degree may qualify for the 12-unit (1.5-year) pathway, while those from non-ICT backgrounds complete the full 16-unit (2-year) program including a foundation transition semester.
