Real Estate with Foundation

After your foundation year, the first two years of this course are designed to introduce and develop core concepts and practical skills in Real Estate and Planning. Students on all Real Estate and Planning courses are enrolled on the same compulsory modules in the first and second years.  In your second year, you’ll be able to select one optional module. In your third year, you’ll develop a deeper understanding in a specialist area, such as development and planning, investment or valuation. You can also tailor your degree by choosing from a range of elective modules including housing or rural options.
