Geography (BSc)

The Bachelor of Science in Geography at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg is a six-semester, full-time program offering a comprehensive education in both physical and human geography.Students gain foundational knowledge in natural and social sciences, learning to analyze and shape human spatial environments at regional, national, and global levels.The curriculum includes physical geography, geoecology, economic and social geography, and emphasizes fieldwork, laboratory work, and data analysis.Graduates are well-prepared for advanced studies or careers in environmental planning, geoinformatics, urban development, and related fields.
