Primary teacher education

The program also pays special attention to the educational needs of the regional school system, which future teachers have the opportunity to engage with during the training program, which is conducted at numerous accredited schools in the region, in collaboration with the Regional School Office for Calabria.

The program aims to develop the professionalism of future teachers through a comprehensive curriculum that, aligned with the specific training programs for preschool and primary schools as described in the National Guidelines, combines theoretical training with laboratory activities and direct and indirect internships. Furthermore, with a focus on the training of multi-skilled teachers, it aims to provide the skills needed to identify and manage differences within primary school classrooms and preschool sections, with a view to inclusion and valorization of all diversity and otherness.
