Overview
The Master of Science in Agricultural Education: Research Emphasis is for students who wish to pursue a graduate degree as a full-time student and undertake timely research opportunities. You are encouraged to apply if your interests include school-based agricultural education, extension education, or leadership and communication. The program's coursework imparts skills and practical knowledge in advanced teaching and learning methods; leadership and innovation; program planning and evaluation; and research methods and design. This program requires a research thesis. You will be prepared for careers in educational leadership or for research in governmental or nonprofit organizations.

Graduate College Admissions Requirements
Minimum graduate admissions requirements* for Master’s and Doctoral degree seeking:
- An awarded four-year undergraduate bachelor degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution, or a comparable international degree recognized by the home country Ministry of Education. (For international students see Minimum International Degree Requirements.)
