Adapted Physical Activity and Health

Professional intervention in Adapted Physical Activity is based on specific university training which mobilizes multidisciplinary scientific knowledge to assess the resources and specific needs of populations and which relies on skills in teaching physical, sporting or artistic activities to design personalized intervention projects. Design, organize, conduct and evaluate Adapted Physical Activity (APA) programs provided to people with specific needs, for the purposes of:

• prevention and health education,
• rehabilitation, post-rehabilitation,
• education,
• of integration and inclusion.
