Overview
Success in the ad program starts with the system.
The system consists of three components we ask our students to think about. This student-centered aproach gets students to graduate with the courses and skills they need so they can get the jobs that align with their vision.
VISION
What do you want to do? What do you want to accomplish? Where do you see yourself professionally in five years? Ten years? Your vision is your guiding star, and should justify your decisions you make in the ad program.
PROCESS
The process is more than just a sequence of classes, but it is showing up everyday. It is learning how these skills relate. It is understanding the key terms. It's about being organized. The advertising faculty has developed this process for you through our pathway and course content.
DISCIPLINE
This is up to you and you only. This is making the decision each day to follow the process that gets you towards your vision. Discipline to do the things you need to do, and limit the things that take away from your vision. Discipline is about following the process, and choosing to better yourself in every class.
