The program is delivered in a hybrid format, combining online coursework with essential on-campus practical sessions. As an aspiring aviation professional, you will study and work in a Seneca branded uniform, helping you become job-ready from the start. Graduates may qualify to work for Canadian airlines as well as international airlines.

Curriculum & Course Modules
The Flight Services program is structured across two semesters over eight months, covering essential aviation safety, customer service, and emergency procedures. Courses are delivered in hybrid and flexible formats, allowing you to build a schedule that combines online learning with critical on-campus practical training in Seneca's Flights Experiential Hub.
Covers aircraft safety equipment, normal and emergency operating procedures, and regulatory compliance. You will practice emergency scenarios using simulators and evacuation equipment.
Develops strong oral and written communication skills essential for interacting with passengers and crew. Emphasizes intercultural communication and professional service delivery in aviation contexts.
Provides hands-on understanding of aircraft cabin equipment, door operations, and safety systems. Students train on A320 door simulators and B737 cabin simulators at the Flights Experiential Hub.
Introduces the structure and operations of the airline industry, including regulatory bodies, airline operations, and the roles of various aviation professionals. Builds foundational knowledge for a career in flight services.
