Gender and Literature
4 credit hoursExamines how historical and cultural notions of gender shape literary narratives and how gender operates to constrain or liberate literary creativity. Emphasis on critical approaches and textual analysis.
Writing in College
4 credit hoursIntroduction to college-level writing with attention to analytical thinking, identifying audiences, evaluating sources, developing arguable theses, and using citation conventions. Includes guided practice in generating, revising, and editing essays.
Senior Seminar
