Overview
This programme is ideal for law graduates, legal practitioners and aviation professionals from related disciplines such as economics and management. It offers a thorough exploration of both public and private aviation law across two distinct modules You will study a comprehensive curriculum that enables you to tackle any aviation law-related issue confidently. You will study two 30-credit modules, one on public international and European air transport law and one on private international and European air transport law. Each module consists of ten three-hour classes. Upon graduation, students will be able to work confidently in the area of aviation law or continue their studies to obtain a PhD in aviation law. In addition, graduates of the programme will have the option to use the 60 credits earned towards obtaining an LLM in any specialisation.
