Accommodation
IHU offers on-campus dormitories for both male and female students at its Başakşehir campus. The dormitories are modern, secure, and equipped with study areas, lounges, and internet access. Priority is given to scholarship students, but spots are available for other students as well. There is also assistance for students who prefer to live off-campus.

Work While Studying
International students in Turkey are legally allowed to work part-time after completing their first year of study, and they must obtain a work permit. Many IHU students also take on student assistant roles or internships within university departments. Turkish students can work without restrictions, subject to academic performance.

Co-op/Internship Participation
IHU has a dedicated Career Center that: Helps students find internships related to their field of study. Organizes career fairs, training sessions, and networking events. Assists students with CV preparation and interview skills. Internships are strongly encouraged, especially for undergraduate and master’s students, and some programs include them as mandatory components.
