Program Overview: Graphic Design and Multimedia Art MA

The Graphic Design and Multimedia Art master's program at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT) is an interdisciplinary program created jointly by artists, engineers, and humanities researchers. It imparts thorough knowledge, awareness, and competence in the creation of communication within the interactive environment of art and multimedia.

The program includes approximately 70% of classes in the discipline of Fine Arts and Art Conservation and 30% in computer science and telecommunications. Graduates are prepared to work in international, interdisciplinary creative teams as leading designers or artist-leaders of multimedia graphics, with capabilities spanning real space, XR, VR, AR, UX/UI, and AI tools.

Taught exclusively in English at PJAIT's Warsaw campus, the program anticipates the growth of the design market for the Internet and Smart Environments. Students work daily on projects using industry-standard software including Unity, Blender, Maya, TouchDesigner, and Adobe Creative Cloud, while benefiting from collaborations with cultural institutions and companies.
