CIVIL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

This three-year program (180 ECTS) at the Department of Civil, Energy, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICEAM) includes modules on structural analysis, hydrology, and sustainable materials, focusing on seismic resilience and green infrastructure. Students undertake projects in transport systems, flood defense, and environmental impact assessments, utilizing CAD and simulation software for real-world applications. The curriculum emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to climate adaptation, with internships at local engineering firms and site visits to Calabrian projects. Graduates are prepared for roles in sustainable construction, public works agencies, or master's programs in environmental engineering.
