Prevention Techniques in the Environment and in the Workplace

The curriculum combines theoretical and practical training, which includes lectures, seminars, and a required professional training period. Graduates will acquire skills and knowledge in several key areas: 

Environmental safety: Includes sampling environmental materials and monitoring automatic detection networks.

Workplace safety: Covers preparing risk assessment documents, conducting safety operational plans, and monitoring factors like noise and microclimate.

Food safety: Involves developing self-control plans (HACCP) and managing food-related health emergencies

Upon graduation, students can pursue careers as Prevention Technicians in various settings: 

Public sector: Work for health departments (ASL), environmental agencies (ARPA), and other governmental bodies, often carrying out inspection and supervision duties.

Private sector: Work as employees or freelance consultants, advising companies on health, safety, and environmental policies.

Specific roles: Graduates can become heads of prevention and protection services (RSPP) or prevention and protection service professionals (ASPP).
