Civil Aviation Cabin Services (Evening Education)

Goal of the Program

Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program; It aims to train personnel who know the aviation sector closely, know the relationship of the aviation sector with other sectors, carry the duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, have knowledge of vital issues in aviation such as safety procedures, emergency rules, crew resource management and first aid rules, and have advanced security awareness and service understanding.

Who Can Apply?

Being a cabin crew gives you the opportunity to travel and work in Turkey and the world, while at the same time offering you the chance to earn a salary that can improve your living standards. In order to achieve these working conditions, you must have physiological competencies that will not interfere with flight. For this reason,special conditions brought by the aviation industry for the cabin crew profession are sought in the admission of students to the program. Before choosing our program, the relevant article of the preference guide (see 49) should be carefully examined.

Conditions and Explanations of Higher Education Programs in Table 3 and Table 4 of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) Guide (2. According to Section 49, the conditions required for students to enroll in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Associate Degree Program are:

1. Not having a criminal record or Criminal Record Archive Record.
2. For women, to have a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (to weigh a maximum of 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the value of the height expressed in centimeters).
3. For men, to have a height between 170-190 cm (to weigh a maximum of 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the value of the height expressed in centimeters).
4. To be in good health (They are required to obtain a report from the health institutions authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation stating that their health status is suitable for flight. Click here for authorized health institutions.)
5. Not having tattoos, scars, etc. on visible parts of the body when wearing the cabin crew uniform.

Our students, who are aware of the sectoral standards in aviation, can obtain job opportunities in various fields of the civil aviation sector such as ground services, operations, air cargo, as well as cabin crew after graduation, as well as continue their education in various undergraduate programs if they are successful by taking the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS).

Clubs: The Aviation Club was established as an active branch of the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program. Thanks to the Aviation Club, our students increase their development and interaction by organizing social, cultural and sports activities as well as activities related to the aviation industry.
