Overview
The Department of Aviation Management offers a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective management within the aviation industry. The program is conducted primarily in Turkish (70%) with a significant portion in English (30%), and is hosted at the Üsküdar (Atik Valide) Campus in Istanbul.
The curriculum encompasses a broad range of topics, including aviation operations, airline and airport management, aviation safety, logistics, and regulatory frameworks. Students gain both theoretical understanding and practical insights into the complexities of the aviation sector, preparing them for various roles in airline companies, airports, logistics firms, and aviation consultancy services.
Admission to the program requires proficiency in Turkish at the C1 level and English at the B2 level. FSMVÜ provides a supportive academic environment, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and research excellence, aiming to produce graduates who are well-versed in aviation management and its applications in various professional contexts.
