Beyond academic life, BIMM University offers a community built on a shared passion, creativity, and belief system. BIMM University has five acclaimed colleges: BIMM Institute, Screen and Film School, Performers College, Institute for Contemporary Theatre, and Northern Ballet School. All colleges focus on full-time further, higher, and postgraduate education courses in guitar, drums, bass, songwriting, vocals, electronic music production, music and sound production, music business event management, music marketing, media, and communication. Due to BIMM's global reputation (over 1,200 overseas students worldwide), the college also attracts artists from top bands to give masterclasses (Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and many more). There are usually two or three masterclasses per week and many other student events, including music industry sessions and live gigs in the city of each campus. From a survey of students who graduated, 83% are working in the music and creative industries six months after graduation.
