Curriculum & Modules
The BA (Hons) Fashion Communication curriculum embeds theory with practice and is rooted in professional contexts. This introductory unit unpacks how fashion can be used as a communication tool, exploring design and fashion theory from past and present to inform the future.
Using the mediums of photography and styling, you will consider the meaning behind images that are communicated in fashion, developing technical and conceptual skills.
At the end of your first year, you create an individual project concept that may involve aspects of collaboration, where you begin to define your strengths and creative direction.
