“Hamdullah Emin Pasha and his wife Hatice Tahire Hanım” education foundation was established in 1932. He donated all his property, including land and tenements, to the foundation to be used after his death. The foundation became active in 1968 and since 1995 it has been giving scholarships, building libraries, language labs, sports complexes, dormitories as well as colleges for higher education. The foundation applied for the opening of Alanya University(former Alanya Hamdullah Emin Pasa University) in 2009. The Turkish National Assembly accepted the university in 2011. The building was ready for administrative and teaching use in January 2014.The name of our university has recently been changed, effective from the 9th of February 2023. The former name of Alanya HEP University is now referred to as “Alanya University”. The foundations of our holding were laid in 2002 by our Founder, Halis Ali Çakmak. As of 2022, on the 20th anniversary of our establishment, it was decided to establish Golden Gateway Holding in order to bring together all the companies within our Group under one roof and to capture the managerial synergy. Our holding, which attaches importance to technology, quality service and human resources, has decided to include Alanya University at the beginning of this year.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
All documents must be prepared in Turkish or English. If prepared in other languages, approved copies in Turkish must also be attached to the original documents. Only translations approved by a notary or Foreign Turkish Representative will be accepted.
1. High School Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate
2. Transcript: Transcript showing all courses taken and grades achieved in high school
3. If any, the official certificate showing the result of the exam taken at the end of high school education (such as Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi, etc.)
4. Copy of the pages from the passport that have photograph and identity information. (Turkish or English translations are required for languages other than Turkish or English)
5. Bank receipt confirming that 30 USD application fee is deposited in Alanya University USD Ziraat Bank account. The name and the passport number of the applicant must be written on the receipt. All transaction costs are covered by the applicant.

1. High school diploma in Turkish (Temporary graduation certificate will be accepted in case of the newly graduate students whose high school diploma has not been issued yet.)
2. Equivalency Certificate (Certificate of Equivalence can be obtained from the Turkish consulates or the Provincial Directorate of National Education - https://edenklik.meb.gov.tr/)
3. High school transcript approved by high school authorities (in Turkish)
4. Original Passport (Turkish or English translations are required for languages other than Turkish or English)
5. If any, the official certificate showing the result of the exam taken at the end of high school education (such as Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi, etc.)
6. If any, the official result of a university entrance exam taken in the last two years (e.g. SAT, YÖS, etc.)
7. If any, an official English Language Exam Certificate with the test results (TOEFL, FCE, CAE, Pearson's PTE, CPE)
8. Residence Permit or Student Visa
9. Health Insurance
10. Bank receipt proving the payment of school fees
11. 4 recent photographs sized 4,5x6,0
12. A document proving that the financial situation of the student is sufficient enough to continue higher education in Turkey (minimum the amount of one-year tuition fee)
