Curriculum and Module Structure
The Global Online MBA comprises eight required core modules, four elective modules (including one mandatory face-to-face elective), and a capstone project in the form of a dissertation or strategic consulting project. Each module requires approximately 100 hours of study, including around 30 structured teaching hours and 60-70 hours of guided and independent self-study. You can further customise your degree by choosing a specialism in sustainability, entrepreneurship, or healthcare.
Organisational Behaviour
Core ModuleExamine current organisational practices such as motivation and teamwork. You will develop an understanding of the interaction between people and the organisations in which they work, building analytical and management skills central to the MBA.
Strategic Thinking
Core ModuleDevelop critical understandings of strategy and strategic management at the business unit level. You will cover traditional approaches to strategy, apply strategic tools in practice, and understand the difference between business-level and corporate-level strategy.
Financial Management
Core ModuleBuild a solid foundation in financial analysis, corporate finance, and financial decision-making. This module equips you with the financial acumen needed to evaluate investments, manage budgets, and drive business performance.
Operations Management
Core ModuleExplore the principles and practices of operations management, including process design, supply chain management, and quality improvement. Learn how to optimise organisational efficiency and deliver value to stakeholders.
Leadership

Dissertation or Strategic Consulting Project
Capstone ModuleConsolidate everything you have learned by applying it to a real business challenge. In the strategic consulting project, you work in a group of three to address a topic posed by a client organisation, delivering actionable consulting feedback through a presentation and individual report.
